Where engineering and AI converge.

Vertex Labs designs software architecture, integrates complex systems and builds SaaS products with applied AI in production. Senior engineering, from the first diagram to deploy.

Vertex, from Latin: the highest point, and the point where lines converge.

Products live on the web, App Store and Google Play. Multi-tenant platforms across finance, health and education.

End-to-end engineering

We don't sell hours, we deliver working systems. Every project starts with architecture and ends in production, with observability and documentation.

Architecture and SaaS products

We design and build multi-tenant SaaS platforms from scratch: domain modeling, APIs, billing, permissions, queues and infrastructure. Modular monoliths that scale without turning into technical debt.

Applied AI

AI that solves business problems, not slideware. RAG over knowledge bases, Text-to-SQL for natural language data queries, function calling, agents and multi-LLM orchestration, always with a validation and governance layer to prevent hallucination on critical data.

Data and integrations

Multi-layer datalakes, pipelines, integrations with payment gateways, ERPs and third-party APIs. Reliable, traceable data, ready to power products and AI.

Operations and infrastructure

Docker, CI/CD, managed VPS, monitoring and alerting. We also run what we build: stable environments, backups and incident response.

Built by Vertex Labs

QuestMed

Medical education platform with a question bank, web and mobile. Vue 3 and NestJS on the web, React Native on mobile, published on the App Store and Google Play. Ongoing operation with weekly sprint cycles alongside the client.

Data platform with an AI layer

Multi-tenant, multi-layer datalake (domain, source, layer, dataset) with natural language discovery and querying. A governance layer validates AI answers against real data before they reach the user, eliminating hallucinated metrics in a financial context.

Copiloto MEI

SaaS product for Brazilian micro-entrepreneurs, taken from concept to commercial operation, including a revenue share distribution partnership.

iaescala

Volunteer scheduling SaaS for churches, featuring legally valid electronic consent with a full audit trail under Brazilian digital signature law, QR Code check-in and a worship module.

Forja Elite

AI fitness coaching delivered on WhatsApp: conversational onboarding, personalized plans and automated follow-up.

AgentGrid

Internal server orchestration platform: AI agents on each VPS running maintenance tasks via tool use, with task history, a dashboard and Telegram alerts.

A direct process, no useless ceremony

  1. 1

Technical diagnosis. One call to understand the problem, the current system and what success means. Free, and delivered in writing.

  2. 2

Architecture before code. A proposal with scope, solution design and acceptance criteria. You know what you'll get before you pay.

  3. 3

Sprints that ship. Short cycles with running software at the end of each one, planning on Monday, review on Friday.

  4. 4

Production and operations. Deploy, monitoring, documentation and knowledge transfer. No forced dependency.

Stack

TypeScript end to end. Vue 3 and Nuxt on the frontend, NestJS and Node.js on the backend, Prisma with PostgreSQL, Redis and BullMQ for queues, Docker and Linux in production. AI with Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, RAG architectures and tool-using agents.

A lab, not a factory

Vertex Labs is led by Daniel Amaral, a senior fullstack engineer with over a decade building systems for companies in Brazil and abroad. The name says what the company is: the vertex is the highest point, and the point where lines converge. That's where we work, at the intersection of software architecture, data and applied AI.

"Labs" isn't decoration. Beyond client work, we build our own products, and that's what keeps the engineering sharp: whoever runs their own SaaS doesn't ship duct tape to others.

Have a system to build or a problem to unblock?

Send us the context in one message. You'll get an honest technical read, even if the answer is "you don't need us for this".
